About traditional tantra yoga

Isn’t it crazy how we sometimes go around in life looking for that which finally makes us feel whole and content? The next snack, the next concept, the next trip, the next love, the next job, the next kick. Always open eyes for the next experience to finally be that thing which is going to change your life forever. What if I told you to – instead of keeping your eyes open – close them? What if I told you that everything that you have ever been looking for, has always been there within you?

Welcome to Traditional Tantra Yoga. The ancient science that can help you to get so deep inside yourself that you can realise the whole cosmos inside yourself.

Traditional Tantra Yoga is an ancient spiritual science that honours the body, mind, and spirit as sacred and inseparable. Unlike the more modern interpretations often focused on sensuality alone, Traditional Tantra is a vast and deeply rooted path of inner awakening. It teaches us how to move through life with presence, integrity, and devotion—recognizing the divine in all things, including ourselves.

Traditional Tantra is not about escaping the world but about embracing it fully. Through breath, movement, mantra, and ritual, we learn to expand our awareness and refine our energy. The body becomes a vessel of wisdom, and each practice an act of reverence. This path encourages us to meet life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and grounded power.

Rather than seeking transcendence by leaving the body behind, Traditional Tantra Yoga invites us to descend into embodied truth—to find the sacred in the ordinary, the mystical within the everyday. It is a path of deep intimacy with life, one that teaches us how to be fully awake, fully alive, and fully ourselves.

On this path I am being generously guided by Guruji Maharaj, a master of Kundalini and authentic Traditional Tantra, and lovingly supported by his wife Guruma and some of his main disciples of this Indian Traditional Tantra lineage. The main practices of the lineage follow the right hand path of Tantra and Shaivism. The study of Tantra include Mantra, Yantra, Yagna, Kriya and the Sanskar herbal purification process.

In my offerings, I hold space for you to explore this sacred path through guided Tantra Yoga practices that honour both tradition and intuition. Together, we work gently yet powerfully with the body, breath, and senses—clearing the energetic pathways of the chakras and deepening awareness through presence. By tuning into the richness of the senses, we reconnect with the wisdom already within, opening the door to profound self-recognition and divine remembrance.

I am a certified Yoga Alliance teacher and have received the blessing of sharing the light of Traditional Tantra Yoga by the grace of Guruji Yogi Prakash who has initiated me into the path in Kathmandu, Nepal through traditional Diksha. He is part of the lineage of the Bihar School of Yoga a sees himself as a successor of Pashupatinath Yoga – the path following the teachings that have been transmitted by Maha Yogi Lord Shiva himself to his beloved consort Maha Yogini Parvati.

It is a very simple, deeply healing and absolutely holistic approach including Yoga Asana, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Bhakti supporting wellbeing on all levels of your being: physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Through this integrative practice, you are invited to return to your natural state of wholeness and awaken to the sacred consciousness that lives within you.
